Flipped Learning

Flipped learning projects can be for 1 person or 100 people often working at their own pace to minimise teacher-time and maximise impact in the classroom.

SEND Teams

Children and young people may experience a wide range of social and emotional difficulties which manifest themselves in many ways. These may include becoming withdrawn or isolated, as well as displaying challenging, disruptive or distressing behaviour. These behaviours may reflect ACE experiences or underlying mental health difficulties such as anxiety or depression, self-harming, substance misuse, eating disorders or physical symptoms that are medically unexplained. Other children and young people may have disorders such as attention deficit disorder, attention deficit hyperactive disorder or attachment disorder. 

Knowledge and Strategies for SEMH, Series 3 in the Behaviour with Bayley suite of programmes is aimed at mainstream professionals who need to know and understand more about the underlying causes of behaviours that negatively impact learning, affect well- being and lead to exclusion. We can’t expect classroom teachers to have in depth knowledge and understanding, but they do need more is than is expected now in order to help them best manage vulnerable students.
