Workshop Resources and Facilitation

We have created and will continue to create relevant online resources to support workshops that schools can facilitate themselves or hire us to lead the process and suggest ‘gap’ activities. The content can be organised into brief sessions or combined to form a complete programme. Users can choose the topics they feel they need to focus on, or follow the format as presented in their respective series. Use this form to arrange a preview or request a quote.

Flipped Learning

Your facilitator sets a 10 minute ‘task’ to be completed, say, within a week

e.g. read the scenario transcript, watch the John Bayley video

think about the questions on the slide and jot down notes on the discussion board.

The discussions will be rich with comments and ideas from which actions can be agreed and next task set.

Flipped learning projects can be for 1 person or 100 people often working at their own pace to minimise teacher-time and maximise impact in the classroom.

Use this form to arrange a chat or just give us a call. You’ll be pleasantly surprised how much a cycle of ‘task – review – next task’ costs

Free and Customised Webinars

Every month teachers are invited to a free webinar focussing on one particular topic but always starting with an anonymous (we’ll know who you are but nobody else will) survey of individual issues that are then addressed (anonymously) during the course of the webinar. Use the form to contact us about arranging a bespoke webinar.

Ask the Expert

Our panel of experts are on hand to answer any of your questions within 48 hours of submitting it. The questions can be about anything to do with behaviour, learning, inclusion or leading in Education. The ‘expert will be someone who has significant experience at or above your level. All questions are dealt with in total confidence and handled by no more than two experts (sometimes a second opinion is useful). Typical teacher questions are about difficult parents or students; typical leader questions are about problems with teachers or systems that aren’t working well enough. Discussions are conducted privately and securely online one-to-one where appropriate. Ask your first question here.
